Am I getting a person or an AI agent?
A human specialist. They can help configure or build AI assistants and workflows within your tier. Software subscriptions and AI usage remain separate, client-funded costs.
Is this a full-time hire?
No. You receive a defined monthly allocation, scheduled with your assigned specialist. XoomTalent manages staffing and delivery. Dedicated full-time availability or direct recruitment requires a separate offer.
Why does team size affect the price?
The number of covered staff is a transparent scaling measure that increases both your monthly fee and included hours. We agree on the covered business or departments in the proposal. It is not simply the number of people logging into an AI tool.
What happens if we need more hours?
We provide the task estimate, additional-hour rate and spending cap for approval before proceeding. Larger scope may need a different tier or a separate project. Unused hours, scheduling and term policies are agreed before commencement.
Where will our specialist be based?
We confirm each assigned specialist’s location, working windows and access requirements in your proposal. Any overseas access needs to be addressed with you before work begins.
Who controls our data and production changes?
You nominate the authorised sponsor, approve access and retain authority over business decisions. We agree on testing, human approval points and production ownership before implementation.
